Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you. – Misty Copeland

Josie was started by a team of healthcare and management consulting executives with a shared passion for building better workplace cultures.

A Message from Our Founder:

Before my son arrived in 2018, my identity was very much rooted in a career I loved. When my baby arrived, I was excited to take on my new role as mom – but found I was completely unprepared for the mental, emotional, and logistical challenges that came with leaving behind who I was pre-baby. My employer wanted my transition back to be successful, but the efforts were disconnected and failed to provide the support I needed. That’s when I became inspired to create Josie. At Josie, we are committed to helping employers support parents in successfully re-engaging with their careers following parental leave. My vision is to create a world where when my children grow up, it’s a no brainer that they can have both a rewarding career and family life. Thanks for joining us on our journey.
